* Age between 18 to 23 years as at 1 July 2010.
* Minimum height of 5' 6" with proportionate weight
for male.
* Minimum height of 5' 4" with proportionate weight
for female.
* Good health / No Visual Aids.
* Fluent in spoken and written English.
* Minimum University or College Second Year
(Attached with recommendation from respective
University or College).
* No police-record and political background
(Attached with testimonial from respective Police
Station).
