Can I use my mobile phone
or get Internet access?
There is no international roaming facility for
mobile phones in Myanmar at present. You should
avoid bringing mobile phones or telecommunications
equipment in to the country. If you do, it will be
detained at the airport until departure. There is
Internet access available for sending emails
provided by two ISPs: Bagan CyberTech and Myanmar
Post & Telecoms.
