Due to our guests' preference to connect with us via our online platforms and the growing number of MAI & Mingalar’s Passenger Sales Agents (PSAs), we have decided to close our physical office in Mandalay city center effective 01 Sep 2024 so that we can operate in a customer-friendly and efficient manner. Hence, any irresponsive or irrelevant messages spread across social media channels about MAI & Mingalar exiting the city & region are entirely untrue.

Our Ticketing Office at Mandalay International Airport will operate as usual. Guests can also conveniently purchase online at www.maiair.com and www.mingalaraviation.com. Furthermore, our guests can also contact our authorized PSAs in Mandalay or reach our Hotline at +95 (01) 967 0007.

Mandalay remains our secondary hub in the country, and we will continue offering regular flights to key destinations, including Yangon (RGN), Tachileik (THL), Kyaingtong (KET), Myitkyina (MYT), Puta-O (PBU), Homalin (HOX), and Kalay (KMV), as well as daily international flights to Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi (BKK) and Don-Mueang (DMK) airports.
