MAI recently hosted a special ceremony titled "HRS Event" to highlight its people and culture initiatives, focusing on industry and community engagement, while honoring long-serving employees.

The event also marked the launch of the Airliner Ground Internship Program (MAGIP) under the MAI Foundation, in partnership with M Hospitality & Tourism Institute (MHTi). This program provides students with hands-on experience in aviation and tourism, reinforcing MAI's commitment to nurturing future professionals.

Additionally, through the MAI We Care program, the airline announced new social responsibility initiatives, supporting organizations like the ရီမာ ပရဟိတ Nursing Home for the Elderly, Kyeik-Wine Disabled Care Centre, and မေတ္တာအိမ် Lovely Home Child to Child Charity Association.
