Vegetarian Meal (non - dairy)
This meal consists exclusively of fruit and vegetables.
Vegetarian LACTO-OVO Meal
Prepared in Western-style, this is a non-strict vegetarian meal which can include eggs and dairy products but eliminates all meats and seafood.
Western Vegetarian Meal
A Vegetarian Meal that may also contain eggs and dairy products.
Vegan Oriental Meal
Strict vegetarian food. It does NOT contain any type of meat, fish, or animal products or by-products
Asian Vegetarian Meal
Vegetarian combinations, with limited use of dairy products. It does NOT contain any type of meat, fish or eggs.
Vegetarian Jain Meal
Prepared in Indian style, based on Jain customs.
Muslim Meal
Contains no pork, bacon, ham or alcohol, all poultry and meat used are slaughtered and cooked according to Halal rules.
Child/s Meal
This meal may be ordered for children between the age of 2 and 12 years. Food items are easy to bite and chew, and are attractive to children.
Diabetic Meal
With complex carbohydrates, high fiber, low fat and calories, it is suitable for both non-insulin and insulin-dependent diabetics. It does NOT contain any kind of sugar (only certain permitted sugar substitutes may be used).
Low Sodium Meal, no salt added
Salt, as well as naturally salted and processed foods (e.g. baking powder, soda and MSG) are either eliminated or restricted in an amount in the preparation of this meal.
Low Cholesterol Meal
Foods containing large quantities of fat (e.g. fried foods, sauces and gravies) are used in limited amounts when preparing this meal. The use of sugar-rich items is also restricted.
Low Fat Meal
With increased complex carbohydrates, high fiber, and low fat, the meal is served with lean meat, low-fat dairy products, fresh fruit and vegetables and high fiber whole grain bread. It does NOT contain milk, cream, fat, cheese, egg yolks, or fatty meat.
Gluten Free Meal
No gluten of any source exists in food items.
Non-lactose Meal
This meal excludes foods that contain milk, dry milk solids, casein, cheese, cream, butter, lactose and margarine.
Hindu Meal (non vegetarian meal)
This meal is prepared for members of the Hindu community who are not strictly vegetarian and eat meat, fish, eggs, and dairy products. It contains one or more of these ingredients: lamb, chicken, fish, eggs, milk, and dairy products. It does NOT contain beef or pork.
Oriental Meal
Food prepared in Chinese style or Oriental-style
Seafood Meal
This meal is for passenger who prefers seafood. It does not contain any meat products.
Fruit platter Meal
Only fresh fruits are served for this meal.
